Description

This position will report directly into the Director of Program Management and be responsible for:

  • Defining and implementing program objectives, strategies, and execution plans in alignment with customer and company goals
  • Serving as the primary customer interface, managing communications, satisfaction, and program expectations
  • Overseeing cost, schedule, and performance across all assigned programs
  • Leading risk management processes and maintain risk mitigation plans
  • Reviewing and coordinating project schedules, deliverables, and milestones with functional leads
  • Ensuring timely completion of program deliverables and effective reporting of progress and results
  • Facilitating communication among stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Conducting regular project reviews and lead status meetings to ensure alignment and accountability

Profile

A successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred), or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8 years of program or project management experience within a complex technical, manufacturing, or aerospace/defense environment
  • Strong background in stakeholder communication, scheduling, and risk management
  • Prominent ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
  • Strong MS Project experience, especially Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Strong understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) process (design reviews, phase gate, etc.)
