Program Manager – IT/OT & Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT/OT and manufacturing program portfolio
• Drive project intake, prioritization, and governance (stage-gate)
• Lead roadmap and release planning across multiple plants
• Oversee integration across IT/OT systems, ensuring data flow and master data alignment
• Align stakeholders across global teams and ensure delivery outcomes

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program/portfolio management
• Strong experience in IT/OT, MES, and manufacturing environments
• Expertise in governance, roadmap planning, and integration management
• Hands-on experience with Planview
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Other Details

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
