Program Manager International SGSS Program

Job Summary

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) is a leader in remotely piloted aircraft and tactical reconnaissance radars. They are seeking an international Program Manager to support Canada's MQ-9B SkyGuardian Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) Program.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Cook up and maintain the MQ-9B SkyGuardian fleet.
• Manage and oversee project schedules, timelines, and milestones from start to finish.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to align on scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Work alongside the Configuration Management Engineering team to improve sustainment, handle DMSMS, and address obsolescence.
• Act as a go-between for senior leadership, project management, engineering, flight-line management, and the international customer.
• Provide direction and support to project management staff.
• Coordinate with GA-ASI functional areas and international program office to support customer operations.
• Identify and solve program issues to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Create project plans and manage resources to ensure project success.
• Communicate progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Lead cross-functional teams to upgrade products and services.
• Participate in and lead RFP processes to generate new business.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in engineering, science, or a related technical field with at least 9 years of progressive complex program administration experience.
• Technical expertise and application of program management principles, concepts, and practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• Able to work extended hours and travel as needed.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
