Own end-to-end delivery of IFC/IFE installation and upgrade programs, from planning through entry into service and sustaining operations
Lead cross-functional teams spanning aircraft engineering, software, certification, regulatory, quality, supply chain, and installation
Build and manage integrated program schedules, action registries, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure predictable delivery
Serve as a primary customer-facing lead, building trust through clear communication and reliable follow-through
Lead internal and external program reviews, providing clear status, risks, and recommended actions
Drive issue resolution and escalation with a focus on outcomes, not handoffs
Identify opportunities to improve program management processes and delivery efficiency

Ability to influence across a matrix organization and work effectively in fast-moving environments
Clear, confident communication skills with both customers and internal teams
Pioneering spirit, business-minded and self-starting qualities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and to integrate individual duties towards successful realizations
Proactive approach towards existing and potential customers
Demonstrates strong time-management and organizational skills, proactively tracking milestones and addressing delays to keep work on schedule.
Ability to operate in the “grey” and is comfortable with ambiguity and how to navigate through it

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of experience in airline, aerospace, or aircraft modification activities
Demonstrated experience planning and executing complex, cross-functional programs
Solid understanding of program management fundamentals including schedule, risk, and issue management
Experience using program management tools and standard productivity software
