Program Manager II, Supply and Materials Planning, Cloud Supply Chain

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Establish the supply plan to position materials to address different demand scenarios while meeting the financial objectives of the business.
- Develop and justify inventory buffer strategies that optimize cost and flexibility.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to procure materials and ensure availability to fulfill customer needs.
- Drive cross-functional projects to implement new capabilities and improve existing ones across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in supply chain planning, materials management, and inventory management.
Preferred qualifications
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in hardware/manufacturing materials planning and MRP systems.
- Experience in materials management process improvements.
- Experience in interacting with various technical and non-technical groups, spanning at all organizational levels.
- Experience in SQL and scripting.
Benefits
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $132000 - $190000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
