About the role

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver predictable program communication plans partnering with program stakeholders, including communications by stakeholder type.
  • Establish phasing and metrics associated with the program life-cycle to address continuous improvement, including resource stewardship (deployment of machine and people resources) partnering with program stakeholders to meet near- and long-term objectives.
  • Identify and collect data required to execute and govern programs, maintain project trackers and status reports, and manage program tasks and dependencies.
  • Execute change management requirements that are identified by program stakeholders.
  • Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience working with Learning Management System (LMS) software, Intellum, and Evolve.
  • Experience developing Learning Management Systems, including setting up user domains, permissions, and roles aligned with business requirements.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $132000 - $189000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
