Program Manager II
About the Role
Russell Tobin is seeking a Program Manager II (Airtable Integration Specialist) to support a leading global technology and digital media organization. This role will partner with Production Operations teams to implement, optimize, and support Airtable as a workflow management platform across multiple cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate has hands-on Airtable experience, enjoys improving operational processes, and excels at collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Airtable solutions.
- Build, test, and optimize Airtable workflows, automations, linked records, and interfaces.
- Assist with deploying new tools and operational processes across multiple teams.
- Develop user documentation, process guides, and training materials.
- Conduct platform training sessions and provide ongoing user support.
- Facilitate office hours and one-on-one support for end users.
- Gather, document, and communicate user feedback to improve workflows.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), validate new functionality, and identify bugs or missing features.
- Monitor platform quality and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Track project milestones, sprint deliverables, and implementation progress.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend workflow improvements.
- Support data entry, data integrity, and process optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, production, and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in program management, business systems, platform implementation, or operations.
- 1-2+ years of hands-on Airtable experience.
- Strong understanding of Airtable features including: Linked Records/Relationships, Interfaces, and Automations.
- Experience implementing workflow management tools or business applications.
- Experience documenting business processes and creating training materials.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and tracking project milestones.
- Ability to analyze workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred
- Experience supporting production, media, entertainment, or creative operations.
- Experience with Agile methodologies or sprint-based project environments.
- Experience facilitating end-user training and change management initiatives.
- Familiarity with workflow management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, ClickUp, or Notion.
- Experience working in live production, studio operations, event operations, or venue environments.
