Key job responsibilities
- Develop and implement complex programs from idea to launch in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Own and drive initiatives to continually improve the recruiting scheduling process.
- Define timelines and communicate on status, risks, and process changes.
- Thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, dynamic business environment, operating in all levels of the organization.
- Be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity and fast pace and relish the idea of solving hard problems.
About the team
- Partner strategically with senior leaders across Amazon's People Experience and Technology team, representatives across Amazon's lines of business, and internal AUTA team colleagues as the voice of the customer.
- Refine existing processes, and build new processes that connect candidates with opportunities at Amazon.
- Key areas of focus include: scheduling process, reporting, and technology integration.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
