About the role

BAE Systems is seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented , and proactive Program Manager to serve as the primary functional and technical authority for the Supportability Analytics and Metrics (SAM) team in direct support of the Minuteman III Weapon System Program Office. This role is a critical bridge between strategy and sustainment, ensuring that supply chain constraints are addressed early to prevent downstream failures and providing comprehensive support to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) spanning multiple complex projects. You will lead a team of Logistics Analysts, aligning their outputs with corporate standards while spearheading the predictive analysis necessary to move from reactive to proactive risk management. By combining senior management functions—such as personnel development and resource allocation—with deep technical expertise in supportability analysis and obsolescence mitigation, you will ensure uninterrupted mission support and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Administrative Management
- Personnel Oversight: Serve as the primary administrative authority for the SAM team, managing all aspects of personnel leadership, including time and leave approvals, resource allocation, and the professional development of Logistics Analysts.
- Performance & Quality Control: Lead the evaluation of Preliminary Design Reviews (PDRs) for the team and establish formal process documentation to ensure strict compliance and quality across all logistics functions.
