We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Job Description Summary" and "Position Responsibilities", "Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)", "Other Qualifications & Desired Competencies", "Physical Demands", "Clearance Level", "The Salary Range For This Role Is $56,500 - $86,250", "Benefits: ...". Also "ITAR Requirement" etc. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content accordingly. We have job description summary (maybe "About the role"). Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: Basic Qualifications. Qualifications: Other Qualifications & Desired Competencies. Skills: maybe part of qualifications. Benefits: given. Pay: salary range. Schedule: maybe not present (no schedule info). Physical Demands maybe not a standard heading; but we could include under "Requirements"? Not required. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should only use those headings if content exists. We have content for About the role (Job Description Summary). Responsibilities (Position Responsibilities). Requirements (Basic Qualifications). Qualifications (Other Qualifications & Desired Competencies). Skills maybe part of Qualifications; but we could combine. Benefits present. Pay present. Schedule not present, so omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to strip out things like "Principals only need apply. NO agencies please." Also "About AV" paragraph maybe considered boilerplate? It's company description; maybe keep? It's not a standard heading; but could be part of About the role? Probably we should keep substantive info about role, not company marketing. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About AV" paragraph is not exactly those, but could be considered company overview; not required to keep? Might be considered boilerplate but it's descriptive. Safer to keep? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The "About AV" is substantive about company but not about role. Might be considered extra but not prohibited. However they said remove EEO etc. The "About AV" is not EEO. I'd keep it maybe as part of About the role? But we already have About the role from Job Description Summary. Could add another paragraph under About the role? Might be okay. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content: Job Description Summary: "The Program Manager I (PM) is accountable for the support of the execution of company programs including cost, schedule, and technical performance. The PM understands the program life-cycle and supports all activities necessary to meet business goals and objectives. Working with a lead PM, the PM I acts as a focal point and authority for one or more Programs’ execution, and provides a single point of contact for program activities to internal customers" Position Responsibilities list: - Supports the Management of the program throughout the program’s life-cycle - Ensure alignment with Internal customers - Implementation and management of lead PM’s program controls and success criteria - support the identification, analysis, and management all program-level risk - Coordinate and align project teams and their inter-dependencies - Establish, communicate, and manage program priorities - Align and inform stakeholders of program’s status and health - Lead program meetings and program reviews for internal customers and teams - Support the development, maintenance and reporting of program statistics - Analyze potential changes in program scope and characterize potential impact(s) - Assists and/or coordinates the preparation of cost and technical proposals - Ensure adherence to Company policies and processes - Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience): - Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering related field - 2 – 5 years of experience in Program Management or related field - Experience with Unmanned Aircraft Systems is a plus - Experience with International (ex-US) programs is desired - Experience in a highly technical environment Other Qualifications & Desired Competencies: - PMI (or equivalent) certification (CAPM or higher) is a plus - Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance strongly desired - Knowledge of Project Management methods, tools and processes - Must be able to interface effectively with internal teams - Ability to work independently and interface with cross-functional disciplines - A strong communicator able to articulate goals to team - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project) - Courageous and a risk taker. For more information about our company benefit offerings please visit: http://www.avinc.com/myavbenefits. We also encourage you to review our company website at http://www.avinc.com to learn more about us. ITAR Requirement: This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”). In order to comply with the requirements of the ITAR and/or the EAR, applicants must qualify as a U.S. person under the ITAR and the EAR, or a person to be approved for an export license by the governing agency whose technology comes under its jurisdiction. Please understand that any job offer that requires approval of an export license will be conditional on AeroVironment’s determination that it will be able to obtain an export license in a time frame consistent with AeroVironment’s business requirements. A “U.S. person” according to the ITAR definition is a U.S. citizen, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or protected individual such as a refugee or asylee. See 22 CFR 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements. Also "ITAR U.S. Citizenship required" at end. We need to decide what to include. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. ITAR requirement is legal? Might be considered legal boilerplate but it's substantive about eligibility. Probably keep as part of Requirements? Could be its own section? Not in standard headings. Could be included under Requirements or Qualifications. Since we have limited headings, we could incorporate ITAR info into Requirements or Qualifications as a note. But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include it somewhere. Perhaps we can add a section "Requirements" and include ITAR within that as a paragraph. Similarly "Clearance Level No Clearance" is a specific detail; could be part of Requirements or Qualifications. We have "Physical Demands" which is not a standard heading; maybe we can include under Requirements as a paragraph. We need to avoid creating headings like Physical Demands, Clearance Level, etc. So we will embed those details in appropriate sections. We need to output only HTML fragment with headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Possibly Skills? We could put skills under Qualifications. Let's craft:
