Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Program Manager to join their Market Technology M&A team, supporting technology integration and standardization across acquisitions and divestitures.
About the role
- Lead technology integration and standardization efforts across multiple healthcare acquisitions and divestitures.
- Oversee and mentor 2–4 Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage budgets exceeding $1 million, including risk, dependencies, and governance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Applications, Infrastructure, Interfaces, Security, and other technology areas.
- Support both Day 1 workforce transition and Day 2 technology integration activities to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience, with a focus on healthcare technology projects.
- Experience managing large budgets ($1M+), with strong financial management skills.
- Healthcare experience, especially inpatient settings, strongly preferred.
- Experience with healthcare M&A, divestitures, EHR conversions, and large-scale technology integrations.
- Proven leadership in managing multiple Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
