About the role

As a Program Manager, you will lead the delivery of a client program, coordinating multiple project teams from planning through completion to meet program objectives. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client program leadership, translating program priorities into clear, actionable direction for project managers and their teams. This role requires a strong, detailed understanding of every aspect of project delivery, so you can identify risk early, review project work, and guide teams through mitigation. You will also need a working understanding of both Shoreline's business and the client's business to drive
