Program Manager, Health Care, AI, Partnerships & Product Solutions for Sustainable Food Systems
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones.
We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes Overview (intro), Background (maybe part of About the role), Responsibilities (with sub-sections), Qualifications (Education, Professional Experience, Technical Competencies, Leadership & Systems Skills), Compensation & Benefits (salary range, benefits). Also maybe "Skills" could be part of Technical Competencies. But we can combine.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". The posting says "Salary minimum to the midpoint of the range is $76,800.00 to $110,000.00. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials may apply to the pay range. The American Heart Association reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range." That's specific salary range, so we can include a Pay section with that info. Benefits: they list benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement program with employer match and automatic contribution, employee assistance program, employee wellness program, telemedicine, medical consultation. That's specific, so Benefits section.
Schedule: not mentioned, so omit.
We need to avoid duplication: The Overview includes some fluff about mission, but we can keep as prose under About the role.
Background: maybe part of About the role as well. Could combine Overview and Background into About the role section.
Responsibilities: we have sub-sections: Funding, Revenue & Strategic Partnerships; Product Development & Translation; AI & Data-Enabled Innovation. Each has bullet-like sentences. We can turn each bullet into
- . The responsibilities paragraphs also have prose before sub-sections. We'll include that prose as
then sub-sections with headings? The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid subheadings inside? Probably we should keep only top-level sections; within Responsibilities we can use - for list items. The sub-sections could be just part of the list.
Thus structure:
About the role
Overview paragraph(s) + Background paragraph(s). Combine.
Responsibilities
- ... (Funding, Revenue & Strategic Partnerships bullet points)
- ... (Product Development & Translation bullet points)
- ... (AI & Data-Enabled Innovation bullet points)
But we need to preserve all substantive information; we can break each bullet into multiple - items for each sentence? The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can treat each duty as a list item. Could combine multiple sentences into one li if they belong to same duty. Better to split each distinct duty.
Let's extract duties:
