Program Manager, GTM Strategic Programs

For a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Program Manager to drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery.

About the role

You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive large-scale programs from inception to completion, ensuring cross-functional support and resources
• Manage change management activities, developing stakeholder engagement strategies and communication plans
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across various levels and functions
• Identify and pursue process improvement opportunities within the Revenue teams
• Establish a Programs Center of Excellence for guidance and coaching support
• Prioritize tasks seamlessly while using data to inform strategy and execution
• Present recommendations and drive decisions at the C-suite level

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management or business operations, particularly in sales and marketing
• Proven experience managing complex global programs with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical and communication skills, influencing decisions from front-line teams to C-suite
• A 'roll up your sleeves' attitude with flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated leadership in taking ownership and delivering high-quality results

Pay

$125,000 – $150,000 annually
