On-siteProject Management$170k–$200k/yrFull-time

About the Role

DDN is seeking a Program Manager to drive execution for key GTM Strategic Initiatives. This role serves as a connective partner across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Partnerships, and Post Sales, working to turn high-level strategies into robust plans of action and well-run programs. This is a role for someone who is an orchestrator and loves to put structure behind complex scenarios.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage trusted relationships with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Partnerships, and Post Sales.
  • Translate high-level strategy into structured plans with clear owners and milestones.
  • Establish and run the operating cadence for strategic planning, including KPI development, tracking, and reporting.
  • Own execution of select initiatives among DDN's top 5-10 strategic priorities, managing milestones, dependencies, and risks.
  • Build the program plans, governance structures, and communication cadences that keep cross-functional initiatives on track.
  • Drive change management for major initiatives, building stakeholder buy-in, communication plans, and adoption tracking so that new plans and priorities stick.
  • Support structured analysis on new market expansion and partnership opportunities to inform leadership decisions.
  • Stay close to the business and bring back insights: where initiatives are stuck, where models need updating, and what leadership needs to know next.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in program management, GTM operations, strategy, or management consulting, ideally in a B2B tech or infrastructure company.
  • A track record of building operational structure around complex, ambiguous initiatives.
  • Experience building growth or investment models and translating data into recommendations.
  • Comfort diagnosing and structuring ambiguous problems: you proactively create clarity and process where none currently exists.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across stakeholders and functions.
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable working with stakeholders across levels and driving alignment without formal authority.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adjusting priorities as business needs shift.
  • Exposure to M&A, partnerships, or new market entry is a plus.

Benefits

We're a team that shows up for each other and for the business. We share what we know, ask good questions, and celebrate wins, big and small. DDN is building something real, and so are we.
