About the role
The Program Manager will oversee, manage, and support the seizure and/or forfeiture of real estate property for a government agency. Key responsibilities include coordinating seizure activities, managing personnel, risk management, cost control, quality assurance, and ensuring contract performance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related activities related to pre-seizure property analysis (title, appraisal, and net equity).
- Custody of seized/forfeited property and legal and title clearing services.
- Disposition of property and working in a cloud-based system of record for all property data, analysis, and reporting.
- Oversee the management of personnel, risk management, cost control, quality assurance, and overall responsibility for contract performance.
Requirements
- 10 years of nationwide real property management experience (overseeing property management, inspections, vendor recruitment, onboarding, and scorecards).
- Work well with government personnel to coordinate seizure of properties.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with vendors, government personnel, and internal management.
- Previously worked on a federal government contract managing real estate properties and federal government agency contract management.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a field relative to this work.
