We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Who We Are", "We’re Looking For", "You Are", "You Will", "Must-Haves", "Nice-to-Haves", "What We Offer", "Compensation Range". We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We need to map content to these headings appropriately. The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should use those exact headings? Probably yes. We need to decide which sections apply. We have: - About the role: could be "Who We Are" and "We’re Looking For" maybe combined? Actually "About the role" is a heading for description of role. Could use "Who We Are" as company description, but not exactly role. However we can put "About the role" heading and include the description of role: "We are seeking a Program (Enterprise) Manager to drive growth..." etc. Also include "Who We Are" maybe as part of About the role? Might be okay. - Responsibilities: list of duties: "You Will:" bullet points. - Requirements: Must-Haves. - Qualifications: maybe Nice-to-Haves? Or could be Qualifications includes both Must-Haves and Nice-to-Haves? But we have separate headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. Could map Must-Haves to Requirements, Nice-to-Haves to Qualifications, and maybe Skills to something else? But we have Skills heading; maybe we can put data literacy, communication etc under Skills. However we already have those in Must-Haves. Might be redundant. Better to follow typical pattern: About the role (description), Responsibilities (You Will), Requirements (Must-Haves), Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves), Benefits (What We Offer), Pay (Compensation Range). Schedule not present, so omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must not include application instructions like "Sound like a match? Apply Now - We can't wait to hear from you!" That's application instruction; should be removed. Also remove "Compensation Range ofAnnual Salary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00(Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)Bonus RangeTarget Bonus Range: $0.00 - $2,500.00 USD Monthly". We need to keep compensation info but format nicely. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from sections. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

  • Demonstrated Proactivity: Proven track record of independent problem-solving—leveraging CRM systems, documentation, and internal tools to self-serve answers before escalating.
  • Process & Automation Mindset: Experience identifying workflow inefficiencies and implementing automated or streamlined reporting solutions.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong executive presence with the confidence to present to C-suite dealer executives, field leaders, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Nice-to-Haves: Direct experience with Salesforce (CRM hygiene, activity logging) and DOMO (or similar BI tools like PowerBI/Tableau).
  • Knowledge of automotive wholesale, remarketing, or franchise dealership operations (seasonality, vehicle pricing, inventory management).

  • Experience in fleet/lease/remarketing segments.

Benefits

  • Immediately vested 401K (US) or RRSP (Canada) with company match
  • Paid Vacation, Personal, and Sick Time
  • Paid maternity and paternity leave (US)
  • Employer-paid short-term disability, long-term disability, life insurance, and AD&D (US)
  • Robust Employee Assistance Program

  • Opportunities to expand your skill set and share your knowledge across a publicly traded, global organization
  • Company culture of internal promotions, diverse career paths, and meaningful advancement

Pay

Annual Salary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 (Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)

Target Bonus Range: $0.00 - $2,500.00 USD Monthly

We should not include Schedule section. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not repeated. We removed "Sound like a match? Apply Now - We can't wait to hear from you!" Good. We kept all substantive info. Check if any content missing: "Who We Are" and "We’re Looking For" and "You Are" sections we incorporated into About the role paragraph. Did we lose "You Are" bullet points? Actually "You Are:" includes traits: Proactive Account Owner, Data-Driven & Analytical, Strategic Prioritizer, Collaborative & Assertive. Those are not captured elsewhere. We need to include them somewhere. They are part of role description; could be included under About the role or maybe under Skills. Since we have Skills heading, we could put those there. But we already used Skills? Not yet. We have not used Skills heading. We could put those traits under Skills. However the instruction says use headings like Skills. So we should include a Skills section for those traits. Let's add a Skills section with those four bullet points. Thus we need to adjust: About the role maybe just company description and role overview without the "You Are" traits. Then Skills section includes those traits. Let's rewrite About the role to include company description and role overview (the "We are seeking..." paragraph). Then Skills section includes the "You Are" bullet points. Make sure not to duplicate. Let's craft: About the role: combine Who We Are and We’re Looking For and the role description (excluding You Are). So:

Skills

  • Proactive Account Owner: You don't wait for permission or field directives to drive business forward. You independently identify growth opportunities, execute rollouts, and solve problems using self-service resources.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical: You "fight feelings with facts." You use data, reporting, and market metrics to build trust, influence dealer decision-making, and justify strategic choices to internal and external leadership.
  • Strategic Prioritizer: You know how to balance high-value relationship building with operational efficiency. You actively seek ways to eliminate manual processes through reporting automation and delegation to internal support teams.
  • Collaborative & Assertive: You build lockstep partnerships with Field Sales, Executive Sales Directors (ESDs), and support teams (MSMs/FAEs), holding all stakeholders accountable to shared goals.
