About the role

The Program Manager, Field Testing will own the execution layer of Oura's growing Field Testing program. They will run active tests end-to-end, keeping testers engaged, feedback flowing, and hardware accounted for, with minimal oversight once ramped. They will work in close partnership with the Field Testing DRI, owning the operational detail so the broader team can focus on strategic and cross-functional decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution of Oura's Field Testing program
  • Run active tests end-to-end, ensuring testers are engaged and feedback is flowing
  • Account for hardware throughout the testing process
  • Work closely with the Field Testing DRI to manage operational details
  • Ensure minimal oversight once the program is ramped up
  • Collaborate with the broader team on strategic and cross-functional decisions

Requirements

  • Experience managing field testing programs
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with Centercode preferred

Qualifications

  • U.S. based, with preference for candidates based in San Francisco or San Diego
  • Hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week in the office

Pay

At Oura, we take a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions.

Region 1: $119,000 - $140,000
Region 2: $106,250 - $125,000
Region 3: $99,450 - $117,000

Schedule

This is a U.S.-based hybrid role, with an expectation of 2–3 days per week in office and a preference for candidates based in San Francisco or San Diego.
