About the role

Zenius Corporation is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a federal acquisition support program. The Program Manager will oversee contract performance, staffing, quality assurance, customer engagement, and operational delivery while serving as the primary point of contact for the Government.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Program Manager and lead all aspects of contract performance.
  • Manage program staffing, resource planning, onboarding, and workforce continuity.
  • Oversee acquisition support activities throughout the procurement lifecycle, including pre-award, solicitation, evaluation, award, and post-award support.
  • Monitor program performance, schedules, quality, risks, and deliverables to ensure contract requirements are met.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and ad hoc program status reports to Government stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement staffing plans, workload management strategies, and surge support plans.
  • Identify program risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure all deliverables are accurate, compliant, and submitted on schedule.
  • Oversee compliance with FAR, agency acquisition regulations, security requirements, records management, and contract policies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in program management, federal contracting, acquisition planning, or a combination thereof.
  • Current or previous FAC-C certification (held for at least five years) or an equivalent civilian acquisition certification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the federal acquisition lifecycle.
  • Experience managing acquisition professionals and supporting cradle-to-grave procurement activities.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex federal programs, including staffing, performance management, risk mitigation, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any required federal suitability or background investigation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting federal civilian agencies.
  • Experience with federal contract writing systems.
  • FAC-C Professional, FAC-C Level III, DAWIA Contracting, or equivalent advanced acquisition certification.
  • Experience managing Time & Materials (T&M) federal contracts.
  • Experience leading remote teams, surge staffing efforts, and subcontractor management.
  • Familiarity with: FPDS SAM.gov GSA eBuy SharePoint Microsoft Teams Federal acquisition dashboards and reporting tools.
