About the role
Operating out of MUSC Health’s Florence Medical Center, MUSC’s Family Medicine Program offers the Family Medicine Residency Program Manager the opportunity to develop and coordinate the day-to-day operations of a new/continuing training program.
Responsibilities
- Ensure continuous program compliance with ACGME requirements, institutional policies, and accreditation standards.
- Manage the recruitment process and support resident well-being and development.
- Provide efficient financial oversight, stewardship, and administrative support for the residency program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5 years of support experience or 0–2 years of professional experience
