About the role

The Program Manager, Faculty Affairs, for the Division of Medical Oncology provides essential administrative support and coordination for faculty affairs activities within the Division of Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine. This position works closely with division leadership to implement faculty recruitment plans, collaborating with the OSUWMC Faculty Recruitment team and relevant search committees to recruit both clinical and research faculty.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures a seamless recruitment process
  • Collaborates with the OSUWMC Faculty Recruitment team and relevant search committees to recruit faculty
  • Coordinates faculty visits
  • Supports a range of administrative tasks related to recruitment, credentialing, onboarding, and faculty relations

Qualifications

  • Experience in faculty recruitment and administration
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

  • Knowledge of academic and medical institution policies and procedures
