Program Manager, Executive Experiences

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, Executive Experiences to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will oversee global, end-to-end program management for executive-level experiences that support senior leaders and strengthen high-impact engagement initiatives. The position will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence, improve repeatable processes, and ensure polished execution across a complex portfolio of programs. It will also play a key role in budgeting, communications, reporting, and the creation of scalable documentation that supports long-term program maturity. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing multifaceted initiatives, with an emphasis on coordination, organization, and continuous improvement. Success in this role will require the ability to balance competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and deliver consistent outcomes in a fast-paced global environment.
