Human ResourcesFull-time

AWS Executive Success is looking for a Program Manager to drive operational excellence and AI-powered transformation across our executive development programs. This role owns the end-to-end program operations that enable the team to deliver high-quality executive assessments, career growth plans, and development engagements at scale.

About the role

You will build and maintain the systems, automation, and processes that keep our talent development work running—from leader data management and program coordination to AI-powered reporting. The ideal candidate drives the AI transformation of how the team operates—using AI to remove manual burden and dependencies, building and governing the agents that scale the team, and establishing design standards and operational infrastructure for an AI-first program management model.

Successful candidates possess a bias for automation, strong stakeholder coordination, hands-on experience building with emerging AI tools, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, confidential environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AI transformation of ES operations—identify workflows to automate and dependencies to remove, design and build AI agents (reporting, development plans, documentation), set the design standards that let the team and others adopt them, drive adoption, and measure impact
  • Establish governance and SLAs for AI tool change requests, confidential-data handling standards, and human-in-the-loop controls to ensure reliability and prevent scope creep
  • Own and maintain internal data, ensuring accuracy and integration with upstream and downstream reporting
  • Produce monthly status reports and dashboards for executive leadership review
  • Manage data lifecycle—migration, retention, audit, and SharePoint governance
  • Drive cross-functional coordination with HRBPs, talent leads, and principals
  • Anticipate where the work is heading—pilot emerging AI/automation tools, make build-vs-buy calls that remove dependencies, and share adoption paths

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting investigative work, including claimant, witness, and target employee interviews, investigative data analysis, and production of investigative documentation
  • Experience developing policies and supporting documentation
  • Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards

Benefits

Amazon offers comprehensive benefits including:

  • Health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans)
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Mental Health Support
  • Medical Advice Line
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage
  • 401(k) matching
  • Paid time off and parental leave
