We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Use

for headings. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. Remove boilerplate like EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: About The Role: paragraph describing role. What You Get To Do Every Day: list of duties (Event Production & Cultural Programming, Company-Wide Newsletter & Content Packaging, Graphic Activations & Visual Assets, Collaborative Content Refining & Storytelling, Employer Brand, LinkedIn & Glassdoor Amplification, Channel Governance & Measurement). Each bullet has subpoints. What You Bring To The Role: Minimum Requirements (list) and Preferred Requirements (list). Also some other bits: "Compensation, Benefits, + Perks": list of benefits: Employee Stock Purchase Plan, 401K with Company Match, Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, Paid Parental Leave, 9 Paid Company Holidays, Flexible Time Off (With Manager Approval). Also "Find out more about our Benefits here." (link but we can ignore). Also "The expected salary range for this role is $115,000.00-$125,000.00." Also description about determining starting pay etc. Also description of company (The RealReal...). Also EEO etc (remove). Also physical demands (maybe we can keep? It's substantive but maybe not needed? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Physical demands is not boilerplate; it's part of job description. Should we keep? It's substantive. But we have no specific section for Physical Demands; we could include under Requirements or maybe a separate section? The allowed headings list does not include Physical Demands. We could fold into Requirements or Qualifications as a paragraph. Probably include as a

under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., implying those are examples but we should use those headings when appropriate. It says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". So we can include sections for those headings if we have content. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (minimum), Qualifications (maybe preferred?), Skills (maybe tools), Benefits, Pay. Schedule not present (no schedule info). So we omit Schedule. We need to decide mapping: Minimum Requirements could go under Requirements. Preferred Requirements could go under Qualifications or Skills? The heading list includes Qualifications and Skills separate. We could put Minimum Requirements under Requirements, Preferred Requirements under Qualifications, and tools/proficiency under Skills. Or we could combine. Let's think: The posting says "What You Bring To The Role Minimum Requirements: ..." then list. Then "Preferred Requirements: ..." So we can treat Minimum Requirements as Requirements, Preferred Requirements as Qualifications. Skills could be extracted from both: design tools proficiency, video editing, etc. But we already have those in Minimum Requirements (design tools) and Preferred (basic video editing). Could also put them under Skills. However we must not duplicate content. We need to preserve all substantive info; we can place them in appropriate sections but not duplicate. Perhaps we put Minimum Requirements under Requirements, Preferred Requirements under Qualifications, and then we could have a Skills section for tools proficiency (design tools, video editing) but that would duplicate some lines. Better to not duplicate; we can put tools under Requirements or Qualifications as part of those lists. Since we have both Requirements and Qualifications sections, we can allocate accordingly. Thus:

    About the role

    ...

    Responsibilities

    • Event Production & Cultural Programming: Own the end-to-end creative concept, run-of-show logistics, slide deck formatting, speaker prep, and live technical execution for company-wide meetings (All-Hands, Town Halls, Fireside Chats). Conceptualize and produce interactive cultural moments, employee appreciation weeks, and ERG milestones.
    • ... etc. Each bullet as a responsibility. We need to keep the subpoints inside each bullet; we can keep as is.

      Requirements

      • 4–6+ years of experience in employee experience, internal communications, corporate events, or employer branding, with a proven track record of creating compelling programming and tailored content for diverse, multi-segmented workforces—including hourly, corporate, remote, retail, and field/operational populations.
      • Proven track record managing end-to-end corporate events (All-Hands, panel discussions, hybrid broadcasts) with senior executives.
      • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; ability to distill complex initiatives into concise, relatable copy.
      • Hands-on proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Google Slides) to produce clean, modern graphic assets.
      • Data-oriented with the ability to use metrics (NPS, turnover, engagement scores) to tell a story and drive change
      • Experience with engagement tools (e.g., CultureAmp, Lattice, or Glint)
      • Strong project management skills
      • Strong emotional intelligence and confidence working directly with executive leaders and cross-functional teams.

      Qualifications

      • Experience supporting diverse workforces (e.g., hybrid, corporate, retail, or remote environments).
      • Familiarity with workplace communication tools (e.g., Slack).
      • Basic video editing capabilities (e.g., Canva, CapCut) for internal recap reels.

      Benefits

      • Employee Stock Purchase Plan
      • 401K with Company Match
      • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
      • Paid Parental Leave
      • 9 Paid Company Holidays
      • Flexible Time Off (With Manager Approval)
We also have "Find out more about our Benefits here." Could be omitted as it's a link. Pay: we have salary range and description. So

      Pay

The expected salary range for this role is $115,000.00-$125,000.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.

We also have company description about The RealReal. That's substantive; where to put? Could be under About the role? But About the role already describes role. Could add a separate section? Not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into About the role as a paragraph after role description. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Company description is not metadata; it's substantive. We could add a

under About the role after the role description. Or we could create a separate section like "About the company" but not allowed headings. Better to append to About the role. Thus About the role

will contain two paragraphs: first the role description, second the company description. We must ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, physical demands, etc. Remove those. Check for duplicated lines: The posting includes "The RealReal is the world’s largest online marketplace..." and later "The RealReal is committed to providing an equal employment opportunity..." etc. We'll remove EEO lines. Also remove "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." and physical demands lines. Also remove "The employee is regularly required to sit..." etc. Also remove "We will consider qualified applicants for a position regardless of arrest or conviction records." etc. Also remove "At TRR, People Come First..." etc. Also remove "You can read about our Diversity Equity and Inclusion program here." Also remove "Find out more about our Benefits here." maybe keep as link? It's minor metadata; we can drop. Now produce HTML. Make sure to use proper escaping? Not needed. Let's craft. About the role paragraph: "As the Program Manager, Employee Experience, you are the creative producer, event architect, and visual activation engine behind our company culture and employee engagement. In this role, you will bridge corporate, retail, and operational teams to foster an informed, connected, and inspired workforce. You will partner cross-functionally with leaders, People Team members, and subject matter experts across the business to gather raw ideas, refine and polish messaging, and package it into compelling, accessible formats. You will take full ownership of our flagship company-wide newsletter, end-to-end event execution (Town Halls, All-Hands, cultural milestones), on-brand graphic design activations, channel governance, and LinkedIn employer branding amplification. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role ideal for a proactive producer who thrives in a collaborative, evolving environment." Then second paragraph: "The RealReal is the world’s largest online marketplace for authenticated, resale luxury goods, with 40 million members. With a rigorous authentication process overseen by experts, The RealReal provides a safe and reliable platform for consumers to buy and sell their luxury items. We have hundreds of in-house gemologists, horologists, and brand authenticators who inspect thousands of items each day. As a sustainable company, we give new life to pieces by thousands of brands across numerous categories—including women's and men's fashion, fine jewelry and watches, art, and home—in support of the circular economy. We make selling effortless with free virtual appointments, in-home pickup, drop-off, and direct shipping. We handle all of the work for consignors, including authenticating, using AI and machine learning to determine optimal pricing, photographing and listing their items, as well as shipping and customer service." Now Responsibilities: we need to capture each bullet from "What You Get To Do Every Day". Let's extract: - Event Production & Cultural Programming: Own the end-to-end creative concept, run-of-show logistics, slide deck formatting, speaker prep, and live technical execution for company-wide meetings (All-Hands, Town Halls, Fireside Chats). Conceptualize and produce interactive cultural moments, employee appreciation weeks, and ERG milestones. - Company-Wide Newsletter & Content Packaging: Own the end-to-end layout, visual design, and distribution of our recurring company-wide newsletter. Partner with department leads and project owners across the business to source updates, refine raw content for tone and clarity, and package it into engaging, scannable digests. - Graphic Activations & Visual Assets: Design on-brand presentation decks, digital signage, Slack banners, visual toolkits, infographics, and bite-sized multimedia assets (GIFs, short video recaps using Descript/Canva) to make company-wide updates visually compelling and digestible. - Collaborative Content Refining & Storytelling: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to help refine, edit, and optimize announcements and talking points, ensuring communications are clear and aligned with company voice. - Employer Brand, LinkedIn & Glassdoor Amplification: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Marketing to translate internal wins, culture spotlights, and employee milestones into engaging LinkedIn posts and employer profile updates (e.g., LinkedIn Life pages, Glassdoor employer branding) that elevate our reputation and strengthen talent attraction.
