About the role

We’re looking for a dynamic program manager to lead high-impact and high-visibility Digital initiatives and programs. The Program Manager for Digital Strategic Programs plays a critical role in supporting day-to-day program execution across cross-functional teams for highly cross-functional and strategically important Digital initiatives and programs. This role drives delivery rigor through task-level coordination, tracking dependencies, maintaining clear documentation, and delivering leadership updates to support smooth planning and execution for the Initiative or Program roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Program Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Develop, maintain, and manage high-level program timeline spanning pods.
    • Track portfolio level activities against defined scope, milestones, and timelines.
    • Proactively surface risks, blockers, and scope or timeline variances, escalating as appropriate.
  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management
    • Partner with pod/track leads and functional stakeholders to align on scope, priorities, and delivery expectations.
    • Facilitate collaboration across teams to support resolution of dependencies and execution challenges.
  • Meeting Facilitation & Program Documentation
    • Plan, schedule, and facilitate working sessions with leads and cross-functional groups.
    • Prepare agendas and document key decisions, action items, and next steps.
    • Maintain and organize program documentation (e.g., plans, trackers, operating framework) in a centralized source of truth.
  • Risk, Issue, and Decision Management
    • Maintain RAID log capturing key risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions.
    • Support mitigation planning and timely resolution of critical items.
    • Escalate risks and decision needs to leadership.
  • Leadership Communications & Status Reporting
    • Prepare and distribute regular status reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
    • Track progress against milestones, highlighting risks, and required decisions.
    • Support leadership meetings through agenda preparation, meeting notes, and action tracking.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years application of industry-based project management methodologies and tools.
  • 8+ years managing complex large-scale business or information technology projects.
  • 8+ years building and mentoring teams.
  • 6+ years mentoring other project managers in program and project management.
  • 8+ years general business experience in large, matrixed organizations.

Pay

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.

Schedule

This role is onsite four days a week.
