About the role

  • Support annual and quarterly planning activities, ensuring alignment with Digital Standards strategy and USP priorities.
  • Facilitate cross-team communication to maintain transparency and ensure coordinated execution across all workstreams.
  • Success will be measured by on-time delivery of program milestones, improved coordination and transparency across workstreams, effective budget oversight, and the ability to anticipate and resolve risks before they impact strategic execution.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project or program management, preferably within scientific, digital, regulatory, or healthcare environments.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi‑stream programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to track budgets, manage timelines, and report portfolio status at an executive level.
