Program Manager, Digital Scheduling and Access (Epic Certified) - Remote

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of digital scheduling tools across multiple specialties
• Aid teams with design decisions related to scheduling and patient access workflows
• Determine resource allocation and plan for project needs
• Create and maintain project documentation to support operations
• Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks and milestones are met
• Serve as the point of contact for escalations regarding scheduling tools
• Develop key performance indicators to measure program effectiveness

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, particularly in IT implementations
• Proven track record managing healthcare IT systems throughout the full lifecycle
• Epic certification for relevant modules required
• Experience in outpatient healthcare settings and clinic operations preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Management, Business, or a related field preferred
