Program Manager, Customer Advocacy & Programs
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager, Customer Advocacy & Programs to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead high-priority programs that strengthen customer advocacy, improve the user experience, and translate ambiguous business needs into clear, executable plans. You will partner closely with teams across Customer Success, Sales, Product, and other functions to drive alignment and deliver measurable outcomes. The position requires someone who can balance strategy and execution, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and bring structure to complex cross-functional initiatives.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic programs from inception through execution and evaluation
- Turn ambiguous problems into actionable objectives and work plans
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and align stakeholders across the organization
- Represent user needs and gather qualitative and quantitative insights
- Establish clear measures of success and monitor program outcomes
- Communicate concise recommendations to audiences at different levels
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program management or related fields
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong structured problem-solving skills for ambiguous challenges
- Ability to transition between strategy and execution effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in stakeholder management and influencing diverse teams
- High adaptability in acquiring knowledge in new domains
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity
