Job Purpose
The Program Manager, CRS, is responsible for overseeing the location(s) assigned and providing assistance, support, and encouragement to meet the needs of people with disabilities served by HMC. Functions as the designated coordinator and/or the QIDP. Services are provided in the individual’s homes and in the community.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- CRS Program Manager must meet the criteria of a Designated Coordinator as per MN Statute 245D.
- Prefer a bachelor’s degree in a human service-related field and at least one year of experience working directly with individuals with disabilities.
- Must pass the MN Department of Human Services Background Study.
- Must pass a driving record check conducted by our insurance carrier, with valid US driver's license.
- Willingness to learn.
