About the role
The Program Manager for Condition Monitoring will oversee the development and implementation of condition monitoring programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage condition monitoring strategies for various equipment types.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate condition monitoring data into maintenance schedules.
- Conduct regular assessments of equipment health and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor team members on condition monitoring best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of condition monitoring techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
