Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Program Control Specialists for projects and programs
- Performance Management, Career Development
- Monitor & evaluate program performance metrics to ensure controls are in place enabling successful execution
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues
- Provide insights and guidance to program teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure compliance with program controls standards and best practices
- Drive accountability and a lean culture
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in program controls, program management, or related roles
- Excellent leadership skills and experience in leading dynamic teams
- Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of Program Management ethics and methodologies
- Proficiency in program management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience in a global organization
- Experience in managing projects in a matrix organization
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
