Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end technology projects to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and serve as a Scrum Master for project teams.
  • Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery using appropriate project management methodologies.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives across technology and business functions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and Change Management teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of technology solutions.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for project and technology-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reporting.
  • Identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues.
  • Guide projects through all phases of the project lifecycle while ensuring compliance with established standards, processes, and governance requirements.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive accountability across teams.
  • Communicate project status, key milestones, risks, and deliverables to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Manage project financials, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
  • Develop transition and sustainability plans to support long-term business success.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of end-to-end technology project management experience.
  • Proven experience leading Agile project delivery efforts.
  • Agile Certification required (Certified Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner, RTE, or equivalent).
  • Strong program and project management experience.
  • Experience leading technology initiatives including: Application Development, Systems Integration, Infrastructure Upgrades and Deployments, Operational Efficiency Improvements, Process Reengineering, Projects.
  • Strong change management experience.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Bachelor's Degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior Financial Services project management experience.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Experience serving as a Release Train Engineer (RTE).
  • Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
  • Financial Services or Banking industry experience.
