Program Manager, Card Network Office (Card Networks)

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Establish release management processes to comply with Card Network mandates
• Analyze biannual card network releases to identify impacts on the company’s business
• Create a compliance monitoring framework and conduct regular audits
• Implement metrics and JIRA dashboards to track compliance and mandates
• Oversee the intake process for network mandates, ensuring timely reviews
• Engage with external partners in forums and meetings to foster relationships
• Advocate for the company’s interests within the card network ecosystem

Qualifications

• 5+ years in payments industry, with expertise in card networks and compliance
• Deep understanding of acquiring platforms and their interaction with card networks
• Proficient with JIRA for project management and compliance monitoring
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams for process development
• Strong program and project management skills with stakeholder engagement capability
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration
• Ability to thrive with minimal guidance in ambiguous environments

Pay

$120,000 – $145,000 annually
