Program Manager- Capital markets

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with deep capital markets Brokerage product and Acquisition domain knowledge, along with expertise in Agile program management. This role requires Day-1 readiness and approximately 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple Agile projects and cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate program planning, PI planning, sprint reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Track program progress, dependencies, risks, and impediments.
• Drive Agile transformation and adoption of Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor program metrics, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Rally.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Agile certifications (SAFe, PMI-ACP, CSM, or CSP) preferred.
