The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders, Digital COEs, Segment/BU CIOs, Enterprise Architecture, application delivery teams, and strategic technology partners to drive successful planning, execution, governance, and delivery of the Blueprint roadmap.
Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end IT delivery of the Blueprint program, coordinating multiple workstreams, technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain an integrated program plan across all Blueprint initiatives, including dependencies, milestones, risks, financials, and resource planning.
- Drive execution across multiple technology domains, including customer experience, CRM, marketing technology, identity, integration, commerce, content management, product information management (PIM), and supporting enterprise platforms.
- Ensure successful delivery using appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall) while maintaining consistency in governance and reporting.
