We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the IT delivery of TE’s Blueprint program, a strategic business transformation focused on modernizing commercial capabilities, digital customer experience, and the underlying technology platforms that support TE’s Sales & Marketing ecosystem. The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders, Digital COEs, Segment/BU CIOs, Enterprise Architecture, application delivery teams, and strategic technology partners to drive successful planning, execution, governance, and delivery of the Blueprint roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership & Delivery
    • Lead the end-to-end IT delivery of the Blueprint program, coordinating multiple workstreams, technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
    • Establish and maintain an integrated program plan across all Blueprint initiatives, including dependencies, milestones, risks, financials, and resource planning.
    • Drive execution across multiple technology domains, including customer experience, CRM, marketing technology, identity, integration, commerce, content management, product information management (PIM), and supporting enterprise platforms.
    • Ensure successful delivery using appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall) while maintaining consistency in governance and reporting.
    • Proactively identify delivery risks, remove roadblocks, and escalate issues with clear mitigation plans.
  • Business Partnership
    • Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities, business capabilities, and expected outcomes.

    • Support the development of business cases, roadmap sequencing, and executive decision-making.
  • Program Governance
    • Establish governance routines including Steering Committees, program reviews, executive updates, RAID management, financial tracking, and decision logs.
    • Ensure cross-functional alignment across business sponsors, Segment CIOs, Enterprise Architecture, Digital COEs, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and delivery teams.
    • Maintain executive-level reporting with clear communication of status, accomplishments, risks, decisions, and next steps.
  • Architecture & Platform Coordination
    • Partner with Enterprise Architecture and technical leaders to evaluate platform options and sequencing decisions.

    • Build trusted relationships with executive business leaders, Digital COEs, CIOs, and delivery organizations.
    • Facilitate productive discussions between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment around priorities, trade-offs, and delivery sequencing.
    • Communicate complex technical topics in business-friendly language.
    • Act as the primary IT point of contact for Blueprint delivery governance.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Drive continuous improvements in program governance, planning, reporting, and execution.
    • Promote standardized project management practices across Blueprint workstreams.
    • Capture lessons learned and recommend improvements to operating models, governance processes, and delivery methodologies.
    • Leverage PMX best practices, templates, and governance standards.
