  • Minimum of 5 years in technical program management, preferably within telecom infrastructure, network deployment, or complex electromechanical systems.
  • Detailed knowledge of wireless or wireline service provider infrastructure deployments and installations.
  • Strong working knowledge of telecom rack/cabinet integration, structured cabling (AC/DC, fiber, coax, Ethernet), RF systems, and installation standards.
  • Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and technical build specifications.
  • Familiarity with telecom industry protocols (e.g., NEBS, GR-1089), site readiness assessments, and outage planning.
  • Hands-on understanding of assembly processes, field installation workflows, and change control procedures.
  • Proficient in project/program management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet) and ERP/MRP systems.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-velocity, high-precision technical programs with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical complexity into actionable program milestones.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
