Amazon's Legal Department is looking for a talented and motivated Program Manager to support Amazon Web Services (AWS). Key job responsibilities

• Use program management superpowers to support the legal team by creating and managing tools, educating and coaching legal colleagues on project management, and designing projects for global roll-out

• Collaborate with legal colleagues (the PMO's customers) on projects of varying size through project meetings, email, and instant messaging services
• Work on projects with colleagues in other geos like EMEA and APJC, demonstrating flexibility
• Work on a variety of projects including process improvement, tool builds, creating reporting mechanisms, drafting updates to our internal website, and more
• Ensure that all stakeholders are informed on project deliverables, timelines, and other pertinent information
• Use writing skills to share project updates, draft PRFAQs, and other documents as needed

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
• Advanced degree, or MBA
• Active project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2)
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
• Demonstrated ability to deliver both strategic and tactical results from inception to completion
• Ability to influence others without direct authority
• Exceptional judgment, creative problem-solving skills combined with business curiosity, and a strategic viewpoint
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to distill, synthesize, and draw conclusions on large amounts of data
• Experience with software development or managing a software system; including assessing cost/benefits and configuring for user experience

Pay

• USA, VA, Arlington: $74,200.00 - $129,800.00 USD annually
• USA, WA, Seattle: $82,700.00 - $129,800.00 USD annually
