Duties
- Provide leadership and oversight for operational, administrative, and compliance support activities performed by staff.
- Monitor contract performance, operational metrics, quality assurance standards, and service delivery requirements.
- Conduct quality reviews of reports, administrative documentation, operational workflows, and staff performance.
- Ensure timely completion of deliverables and support activities in accordance with contractual requirements and organizational priorities.
- Develop and implement process improvements, workflow efficiencies, and operational best practices.
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, staffing updates, operational summaries, and briefings.
Requirements
- Minimum of BS degree, MA/MS preferred.
- 2+ years of program management experience.
- 10+ years of similar or related work experience required.
- Professional certifications - highly desired.
- Experience reviewing, analyzing, and auditing financial records - strongly desired.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare reports, conduct quality reviews, and support operational planning activities.
- Previous DHS experience strongly desired.
