Program Manager Overview

The Program Manager will lead the Cloud Acceleration Services (CAS) Business Enterprise Systems (BES) located in Montgomery, AL. Key responsibilities include:

• Staffing, schedule, cost, quality, risk, subcontractor coordination, customer engagement, and delivery across cloud assessment, migration, continuous development, and cybersecurity task areas.
• Ensure Agile execution, measurable performance, and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
• Four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for degree.
• Fifteen (15+) years overall IT program management; ten (10+) years managing DoD or Federal IT programs; five (5+) years managing cloud modernization, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or enterprise application modernization programs.

Certifications

• PMP required.
• ITIL 4 Foundation preferred.
• Agile/SAFe certification preferred.

Skills

• Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Effective communication with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time.
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically.

Security Clearance

• Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. Top Secret preferred.
• US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
