Program Manager

About the role

The Program Manager at TTM Technologies, Inc. supports the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects of moderate scope and complexity. This role helps ensure projects are completed within contractual requirements, timelines, and budget parameters. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Program Manager supports day-to-day program activities, monitors progress, and assists in resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects to ensure alignment with contractual requirements, schedules, and budgets
• Aids in developing and maintaining detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
• Maintains project progress against milestones and budgets; identifies risks and escalates issues as appropriate
• Supports risk analysis and tracking, and mitigation of project risks and opportunities
• Develops project plans outlining engineering activities, timelines, integration into manufacturing processes, and associated costs
• Communicates with customers by preparing and sharing status reports and participating in meetings to help resolve issues and maintain effective relationships
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support execution of project tasks and ensure timely completion of deliverables
• Identifies and escalates issues that may impact project success; supports problem-solving and corrective action efforts
• Maintains program documentation and ensures deliverables are completed in accordance with contractual requirements
• Supports the transition of newly developed products into production and ongoing support, including warranty-related activities
• Supports vendor activities on applicable projects, tracks vendor deliverables
• Supports proposal development activities, including gathering inputs for scope, cost estimates, schedules, and resource plans
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.)
• Assists in the preparation of proposals and supporting documentation
• Supports financial tracking and analysis related to project cost and performance
• Utilizes standard project management tools and processes in alignment with company and quality requirements
• Ensures compliance with company policies related to safety, quality, and ethics
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a cross-functional environment
• Basic understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Willingness to learn and develop program management expertise

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Business, or related field preferred)
• Typically requires 2+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree with little to no prior experience

Compensation and Benefits

TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered. Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies vary depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $66,970 - $111,617

Additional Compensation

An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to:

• Being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents;
• Recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation;
• Understanding and following authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL);
• Understanding Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US;
• Managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
