About The Role
The Program Manager role orchestrates complex, cross-functional technical programs from concept through release. This position is responsible for aligning product, engineering, and data science teams to deliver critical infrastructure and product initiatives on a global scale. The role focuses on establishing clear execution frameworks, identifying technical dependencies, and mitigating delivery risks. By driving predictable execution, this position ensures high-impact engineering milestones are met on schedule and with high quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of multi-team technical programs, establishing milestones, tracking dependencies, and managing risk registers
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering Directors to translate product roadmaps into structured, actionable sprint plans and deployment schedules
- Design, implement, and iterate on agile program governance models to scale team communication and delivery velocity
- Implement and maintain project tracking tools, utilizing Jira, Confluence, and roadmapping software to establish a single source of truth
- Define, track, and report on key program execution metrics, velocity, and quality KPIs to technical leadership and executive stakeholders
- Facilitate critical cross-functional rituals including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and regular program steering reviews
What We Are Looking For
- 4-8 years of experience in technical program management, project management, or scrum master roles within a software engineering environment
- Demonstrated expertise managing complex software development lifecycles (SDLC) across multiple engineering teams using Agile methodologies
- Advanced proficiency with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, and modern project mapping tools to build automated tracking dashboards
- Strong technical fluency, with the ability to understand architectural diagrams, API integrations, and infrastructure constraints
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to influence technical stakeholders without direct authority

- Experience working with remote-first engineering structures
