Program Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of key initiatives within the Insights, Data & Analytics (ID&A) organization. This role will drive execution of complex, cross-functional programs that leverage data, analytics, and emerging technologies to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Data/Analytics, Engineering, or related field) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams without direct authority.
- Comfortable working in data-driven environments; ability to translate business needs into analytical initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex systems and drive actionable solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience with AI technologies and their application in business process automation and decision-making.
- Background in commercial operations, sales enablement, or revenue cycle management.
- PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification (nice to have).

Annual Base Salary Range
$120,000 - $150,000
