Program Manager 1 - Graduate and Professional Programs

Responsibilities

• Maintains key relationships with faculty, staff, prospects, applicants, organizations and businesses
• Planning, organizing and executing recruitment and admissions events and projects
• Presenting to both small and large audiences in relation to promoting the Graduate Programs
• Building reports, including competitor analysis, application trends, and enrollment reports for the Master’s programs
• Managing prospective student communications through CRM and admissions systems, including timely follow-up, outreach, and accurate documentation of recruitment activities
• Counseling prospective students and applicants throughout the admissions process by providing guidance on program options, application requirements, admissions policies, and enrollment steps while delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline
• No experience required

Qualifications

Required:

• Formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed

Skills

CRM experience such as Sales Force, Oracle, Slate, PeopleSoft or Hobson
