Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing program, technical, and logistics support by managing communications, developing and reviewing reports, organizing meetings, and assisting with assessments
- Aiding in the management of master files/schedules related to the program
- Aiding in the maintenance of reports, spreadsheets, and databases to support program objectives
- Aiding with workflow management to complete tasks
- Supports all division program reviews
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
- Minimum of 0-2 years of related experience in finance, including government contracting experience for multiple type contracts (FFP, CPFF, T&M)
- Requires understanding of all accounting and financial transactions to include cost review, reconciliations of accounts, and adjustments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work and multi-task
- Flexibility and adaptability to start and stop tasks, as needed
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Active DoD Security Clearance
- Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Multi-tasker with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Deltek, CostPoint and Share Point
- Local resident preferred
- Previous Program Analyst experience supporting the Navy
Compensation Details
$70,000 - $75,000
