Job Description

At Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS), we're building the next generation of integrated defense technologies that support our customers and allies worldwide. As part of our Multi-Domain Combat Systems (MDCS) and Radar Sensors and Systems (RSS) market segments, our teams are delivering proven radar solutions to enhance global maritime security.

One of our most significant efforts is the AN/SPY-7(V)3 radar program, which supports Canada’s River-class Destroyer (RCD) initiative and strengthens joint defense capabilities between nations.

THE WORK

Program Management support responsible for the planning and execution of Canada’s RCD program activities within the US. Candidate will work with the program manager and program team, assisting in day-to-day program execution.

Candidate will provide comprehensive program oversight to maintain overall program financial and schedule integrity and ensure that all program activities are implemented to support planned strategies & contract need dates.

Core responsibilities include developing and executing program baselines and coordinating with program leadership, engineering, business management, production operations and supply chain management to ensure on time delivery to contractual need dates.

Responsible for managing and providing cost, schedule and technical performance analysis to the program leadership team.

Initiates and manages execution of ongoing projects, conducts SPY-7 production coordination, performs logistics and sustainment planning, and serves as liaison between project team, operations management, and customers.

This position must coordinate across multiple functions and represents the organization in both internal and external customer meetings.

Ability to respond to change quickly and effectively communicate those changes to the program team in a timely manner.
