Program Management Specialist, Product Marketing & GTM Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Program Management Specialist, Product Marketing & GTM Operations to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will own the planning and execution of product launch programs that support effective go-to-market activity across the business. The specialist will coordinate timelines, readiness checks, and governance to keep launches on track from concept through post-launch review. This is a highly cross-functional position that partners closely with Product Marketing and other stakeholders to drive alignment, reduce risk, and support successful launch outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of product launch programs from concept through post-launch analysis Develop and maintain integrated launch plans, timelines, and readiness assessments Partner with Product Marketing Managers to ensure launch deliverables are completed on schedule Facilitate launch readiness reviews and drive alignment across stakeholders Identify risks and drive mitigation plans for successful launch execution Support the operational framework for go-to-market planning and execution Manage GTM calendars, launch schedules, and governance mechanisms Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field 5+ years of experience in program management, marketing operations, or related functions Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and programs Strong understanding of product launch processes and go-to-market execution Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Benefits 100% medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents Paid parental leave Pet insurance discount Life insurance coverage Commuter benefits 401(k) plan Employee Assistance Program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
