Program Management & Operations Integration Director
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Program Management & Operations Integration Director to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This leader will oversee integration efforts tied to acquisitions, ensuring operational alignment, value realization, and disciplined execution across complex business transitions. The role will partner closely with acquisition teams, operations leaders, and other stakeholders to translate due diligence findings into practical integration plans and measurable outcomes. This position also requires strong financial stewardship, relationship management, and the ability to guide acquired teams through change while maintaining focus on business objectives. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Participate in due diligence and assessments for potential acquisitions
- Develop integration plans to align acquired entities with the company's values
- Drive mentorship and relationship-building with acquired management teams
- Implement established processes to deliver promised value from integrations
- Manage integration budgets and ensure alignment with financial objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering required; MBA preferred
- 12+ years of relevant experience
- 5-8 years of operational management experience in contract manufacturing
- Strong general management background
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders

Pay
$143,000 – $190,000 annually
