Program Management & Implementation Evaluator

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate model-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against domain-specific quality rubrics covering accuracy, structure, and professional rigor
• Identify factual inaccuracies, logical inconsistencies, and presentation deficiencies in implementation planning artifacts
• Deliver clear, structured written feedback that meets quality benchmarks and supports iterative model improvement
• Apply program management frameworks to assess the soundness of generated project plans, timelines, and governance documents
• Maintain consistent evaluation standards across variable output types and complexity levels

Core Requirements

• Demonstrated professional depth in program management and implementation planning, with hands-on experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Proficiency in evaluating structured business documents including project charters, RAID logs, roadmaps, and status decks
• Advanced command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in PowerPoint and Google Slides
• Ability to articulate precise, rubric-aligned written critiques with appropriate domain terminology
• Native or professional-level English fluency, with strong command of business writing standards

Additional Strengths

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution in a relevant field
• Familiarity with structured evaluation or quality assurance methodologies in a professional or academic context
