Program Management and Support Intern - Summer 2027 (U.S. Person Required)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by assisting with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and contribute to process improvement projects. You will work closely with our finance team to support various financial activities and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Responsibilities

• Performing industry analysis
• Collaborate across design, analysis, requirements management, hardware, and test; manage cost, schedule, risks, and stakeholder communication; and help drive successful delivery
• Working with product line leaders
• Support new proposals, production, in‑field, and repair/overhaul projects

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Engineering Management or similar field
• Must graduate December 2026 or later
• Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship
• Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)
• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
• Honeywell Aerospace is currently unable to consider applicants who would require current or future sponsorship for employment authorization for this position. Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Skills

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Knowledge of basic project management principles including cost account management, forecasting, schedules/milestones and risk/mitigation planning
• Familiarity with cross‑functional collaboration across design, analysis, hardware, test, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, and supplier engagement
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

The hourly base range for this position is $25.00 – $44.85.
