About the role
The Program Lead owns the logistical coordination for delivery of high-complexity learning programs, experiences, and assets in support of ROPS Leadership Development and Teammate Development programs. This role determines and executes planning, scheduling, enrollments, logistics, communications, and coordination of learning, as well as the analysis of performance metrics and analytics related to the curriculums they manage. The Program Lead independently identifies, prioritizes, and designs solutions for curriculum improvements. For live learning events, they manage budgeting, booking, material preparation, and expenses. For virtual events, they oversee technology setup and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Build logistics plan and own logistical coordination for high-complexity learning experiences, including physical and digital requirements.
- Manage administrative data and processes for high-complexity programs, including LMS entry, learner communications, enrollments, and assignments.
- Update master training calendar as needed based on program scheduling.
- Monitor performance and effectiveness and perform quality assurance testing on high-complexity in-person and digital content; identify and prioritize areas of improvement; design curriculum solutions to improve learner impact.
- Facilitate various topics for high-complexity in-person and virtual content delivered to leadership and teammate audiences.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalency required.
- 2+ years’ experience in a planning or coordination role required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Travel and Time
- Travel: 0-40%
- Nights/Weekends: 0-20%

Pay
The wage range for this role is $32.50 - $45.50/hour. Compensation depends on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. DaVita offers a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits.
